Prime Construction Consulting was founded in 2022 by Bret Schlanger with a clear mission: to help property owners and management companies successfully navigate the often complex insurance claims process.
Since its founding, Prime Construction Consulting has worked with a wide range of organizations, including municipalities, hotel brands, religious institutions, marinas, and most recently, NASA. This diverse experience has given our team a deep understanding of how property damage claims impact organizations of all sizes and types.
Our role is to guide clients through every stage of the claims process. From evaluating damage and preparing detailed estimates to coordinating with industry experts, we provide the knowledge and support needed to move claims forward efficiently and effectively. We also connect clients with trusted contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys when specialized expertise is required.
As our company continues to grow, so does our commitment to supporting the broader construction and restoration community. Prime Construction Consulting has recently partnered with a funding group designed to help contractors and other business professionals access the capital they need to grow and scale their businesses.
